'BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS!!!!!! I had to sleep in the car because it was too late to find another room. Also reported it to Expedia which was not able to reach the hotel so after a few days offered me a $25 credit on their platform. Why would I use a platform that does not verify the hotels they are promoting and will not take responsibility for any issues even though they are collecting the payment. Might need legal help on this one!'

'We have stayed at this location before. The staff is very courteous and attentive to needs and requests. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. We had a room with a king sized bed. Complimentary breakfast is provided. Location is easy to access from the interstate.'

'When booking this hotel, keep in mind that it's Eco friendly; no microwave/coffee station in the rooms. No Ice buckets, but they have disposable cups at the ice machine to retrieve ice. If I wanted coffee, I had to go to the lobby to get it! Well, I made adjustments and everything was fine!'

'Lobby and common areas like bug spray or some kind of pest treatment. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. She’s the only staff member. There’s a guy that sits in the lobby closest to the desk everyday but it’s not clear if he works here or if he’s a resident. The apartment was impeccably clean. It’s jarring going from the smelly dark hallways into the apartment. Parking is pricey and I saw people camped out/possibly living in the garage on two occasions. The neighborhood is mixed-...

'Excellent amenities and good staff, particularly assistant manager, Shatara, who was wonderful. The pianist in the Steakhouse and the bar just terrific! The major problem with the hotel was that the walls are paper thin. It was built cheaply with no and I mean no soundproofing. One can hear everything going on in the rooms next door.'
