'When i got to the hotel they told me they were book, a 100 percent occupied, however that was not the case, it was visible that several rooms where available. I showed my reservation but she did not honor the reservation. Now what is ironic is that normally Expedia would have sent an email stating that I did not show up and that it was a cancellation. Albeit, I log into my email a week later and I see you all sent an email inquiring how was my check in, so apparently the check in process did...

'Very clean'

'Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!! '

'Great'

'Vriendelijke mensen. Schonen kamers'

'Goede liggibg vanhet hotel. Geweldig ontbijtbuffet!'

'Returning customer, friendly staff, great amenities and perfect location. Would come back again.'
