'Perast is the place to stay in the area. Incredibly enchanting town. The property was very quiet and has stunning bay views from small top floor window. Slept well in the comfortable beds. Negatives were: kitchen level was dark and smelled of mildew. We didnt cook so it wasnt too much of an issue. Also, the internet didnt work.'

'The position of the house was perfect for us and it was a wonderful relaxing holiday. The hamlet was quiet with the taverna/shop only 2 minutes walk away for essentials. The 100 steps to the jetty was a nice walk and kept us fit. The garden had a lovely view of the bay. It was great for a beach holiday without sand getting everywhere. We were lucky enough to see dolphins less than 100 yards from the jetty. Snorkeling was great for looking at fish and we even saw an octopus. Even so, the water...

'De gastvrijheid stond hoog in het vaandel. Verhuurder deed er alles aan om het goed te hebben. De woonruimte beneden is relatief klein maar daartegenover zijn de slaapkamers lekker royaal. Woning staat onderaan tegen de baai van Kotor aan en dat geeft een geweldige Panorama. Tevens is het op loopafstand van centrum van Kotor en ‘de pier’ van Dokota/Kotor. Een aangename verrassing en een leuke ontdekking.'

'Villa is located in quiet zone and has very nice garden available also for guests. You can reach the nearest beach in 5 min by walking. Groceries and bakery also close to location. Ivan's mother was excellent host. I would recommend it to my friends. Thx Emanuel'

'The house is new and clean but the area around the house is unpleasant. The matresses are very uncomfortable with sink holes in them. The owner did doublebooking and tried to kick us out in the middle of our stay there. '
