'The size of the room was great and it was clean, easy to move around. The bed size was very good and very comfortable. Clean sheets also. In the negative sidethe microwave was broken and the toilet size was for a new born baby. When I went to take a shower the water pressure was poor and the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. When i came back from dinner my parking spot was taken and i had to park 150 yards away.'

'Worst hotel experience of my life, will never stay there again. I arrived too a front office with a line of 5 people all waiting too talk to a computer with a video chat to a guy at a call center. It took me over 45 minutes to get helped. The front desk was empty for over 15 minutes when the worker finally arrived he refused to help anyone in line. All he did was give people room keys.
