'I love hotels.com and have used for years. I do NOT like Onejey, who uses Expedia. I always request a room on the first floor if there is no elevator, as I have vertigo and my MIL has bad knees. Stairs are dangerous. Unfortunately my last couple of months of travelling the message is not conveyed from the reservation through, I think, Expedia or something. Yes the rooms are good but I always hope I don’t fall down stairs because the message was not forwarded. '

'We have stayed at this Holiday Inn probably10 times or more. The staff is always so friendly, welcoming and professional. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The free breakfast provided is a hot breakfast with several dishes. Pancakes or waffles are available along with cold cereal or hot oatmeal. Coffee is nice and hot or you can choose apple, cranberry or orange juice. There are pastries like muffins and cinnamon rolls for a quick snack. 'Residence Inn in Prescott is outstanding. The price is reasonable, the staff very friendly, free breakfast had many options, and even includes everything from convenient parking to a pool, outdoor fire place and grilling area. I highly recommend it.'
