'Unfortunately this was my first time using VRBO. I don’t even know where to begin. Check in was fairly simple. Upon entering unit your are hit with a potent cigar smell with candles burning to cover up how strong the smell is. After unloading our stuff we decided to make dinner. Absolutely no pots, pans, silverware etc. Condo was filthy. Had to rewash all blankets and covers before sleeping on bed. Had to sweep and clean floors and wipe down countertops as they were completely filthy. Owner left...

'Our contact Sharesh was responsive and flexible. We got in early and wanted to drop our bags early and he made arrangements for us to do so. We also stayed with our dog and there are some awesome walking trails behind the property that we utilized daily and a cute patio yard. The place was exactly as expected. The pool was awesome too! 'Great experience. Correspondence with the host was prompt and courteous. Casita was clean and had everything I needed and more. The pool area was clean and inviting. The surroundings are beautiful. This location is off the beaten path. Safe, quiet, peaceful. Next visit to Anthem, AZ, this will be my retreat. I highly recommend lodging here and give it a 5 star review! Jeff K'

'This is one of the best verbos we have ever stayed at. 10/10. A nice area and not far from Phoenix. It was clean and a lovely place and perfect size for us. Great hosts. Had no issues whatsoever and its easy to find. If we ever go back to this area we will be staying here again.'

'The employees working at the reservation desk and facility are very hospitable and responsible. The room and grounds were impeccably groomed and clean . The room itself had 2 issues; #1 hot water inconvenience, and #2 old mattress. The engineer did show me how to get hot water.
