'The apartment itself is nice and has many of the items you would want to cook. They did include some usual items like coffee, teas, shampoo/conditioner, and soap. I can confirm it can get loud around the premise, mostly drunk people walking by or cars speeding by. I would not recommend this location for a light sleeper. I throughly enjoyed my stay though and would stay again. '

'This was a really lovely complex! The pool is fantastic, gym, essentially the entire 25th floor! Absolutely lovely. Close to really good restaurants and the Phoenix farmers market! The only thing was that there was no hand soap or body soap in the condo! Otherwise, this was an absolute perfect spot for a quick getaway— 10 minutes from the airport as well! '

'We loved how spacious and clean the apartment was. We were there for a baseball tournament. Loved having a full kitchen and two restrooms. We would have liked to have known there was not towels for the pool. We had to wash towels constantly since there was only one towel per person to use for bathing and the same ones for the pool. 'We enjoyed staying at this property!! There was plenty of space to keep us entertained. We celebrated my son’s Birthday he had so much fun swimming in the pool and playing at the game room. The house is equipped with everything you need and the host communicates very fast and friendly I would rent this house again!'

'Beautiful apartment complex with secure parking. The secure parking can only be accessed after you enter the building and get the keys (there is a fob for the gate), and this must be done through the parking garage's first-floor entrance. The directions for the entrance to the first-floor apartments were confusing and wrong. It made for a long first night of confusion. However, it was amazing after that. I hope they get their system straightened out. :-) '

'Im not from phoenix so i was unaware that this location was on a bar block, and across the street from the college ASU. It was very noisy. During the day it was noisy with construction and the night was lit even on a Monday. The unit itself was really nice. I appreciated the dairy free creamer with the coffee. The in unit washer and dryer for use was a blessing! I would definitely stay here again. '
