'The host was amazing and easy to contact! Property matches the description, very spacious and clean. Only con, not enough wash cloths. But the linen was clean and they were dry towels available, also the host left more than enough complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Will book again'

'Very pleased with our stay at Mid Town Casita. Property managers were very helpful. Loved the large open area and kitchen island. Very clean with plenty of space inside and out for the 3 of us. I would definitely come here again. Only downside was the construction taking place on the surrounding streets, but that couldn't be helped. Highly recommend.'

'Michelle’s home is fantastic and exactly as depicted in the listing and photos. The home has multiple comfortable areas to relax inside. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you’d need if you chose to eat every meal at home. The outdoor area is the true gem. A beautiful pool, lots of space to play or throw a ball, and multiple seating areas. Check-in and communicating with Michelle was very easy. Our family of five would happily stay again!'

'Loved it! I’m local to Phoenix and was going through a renovation. I stayed for 2.5 weeks and was able to work from the kitchen with the help of reliable and fast internet and could keep up with laundry with a machine on the property. I really enjoyed the Arizona room looking out to the partially shaded and pretty backyard. The pool was great for a morning swim with an iced coffee during the hot AZ summer. My 2 small dogs also loved running around the yard chasing birds. Really enjoyed how...

'The Hen House was a lovely retreat from the scorching Phoenix weather. We had a wonderful stay in the quiet casita between our time exploring downtown. So very grateful to our hosts--and thank you, Larry, for the extra help with loading our car! We would love to be back, and we highly reccomend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful stay. '

"Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast...."
