'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'I stayed in a room with a king size bed and sofa with a second tv. The room looked new and felt clean. The bed and pillows were super comfy. I did enjoy the complimentary breakfast each day. The staff were very friendly and courteous. '

'Only complaint is that the EV charger isn't available. Said it was being repaired, but there was only a post, no evidence of it ever being usable. I booked this hotel specifically to or the ability to charge my car. Added expense and inconvenience. Please update your website.'

'Some major areas of the room were neglected from cleaning. These included the wall above the closet, appeared to have dumped coffee or some type of beverage on the wall above the closet doors. The carpeting appeared stained and dirty. The shower had signs of mold at the base. '

'🚨🚨🚨TRAVELERS BE AWARE THIS HOTEL STAFF ARE DISHONEST🚨🚨🚨 I stay at this hotel while was on business trip. I went to work at day time and put the “Privacy” do not disturb sign on board. And when I came back after work I found the room is cleaned they throw away my important documents I had in the room and stole my food. I talked to the manager front desk plus the owner but they all were full of ego and showed no care at all. This place is not safe at all. Plus the wifi there is terrible...

'Stayed here with the family after flying into PHX late, before driving to Sedona the next morning. The hotel is not nice / run down, and is in a seemingly sketchy area with sketchy people around the property. No cold water in the bathroom. The breakfast spread was a nice effort, but the food didn’t taste that good (mostly the very bland eggs and underwhelming sausage). Oh and the coffee wasn’t very good.'

'We had a an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Friendly staff at front desk (as well as Housekeeping staff) good parking spaces, right next door to a restaurant but most importantly a CLEAN ROOM. The first thing I check when staying in a hotel is a clean bed. The room included a microwave, keurig, a safe and a fridge in room. Next time we’re in town we plan on staying here again. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast as we preferred to sleep in. '

'Hotel was very clean. Room was very clean. There was handicap accessible Parking a few feet from the entrance that led to the elevators. Staff was so friendly and provided us with a room with a balcony. The Starbucks located in the main lobby offered a nice variety of coffee. The hotel was a 20 minute drive to most of the locations we visited Downtown over the Easter holiday. Arizona financial Theatre, Arizona Science Center, & Chase Field. Directly across the hotel is a small amusement park...

'Ik had een suite geboekt. Het was echt een prachtige maar ook rustige kamer. Mooi ingericht. Met een inloopdouche en een klein keukentje waar je kon koken en met een afwasmachine. Supernetjes en schoon. Goede locatie, vlak bij een wallmart en een hoop andere winkels. We waren er erg blij mee. '
