'The apartment was EXTREMELY small, the pool and other amenities on the rooftop; especially the furniture were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. There were visible stains on the pillows and cushions which was very disappointing because I was really looking forward to enjoying this space during our stay. ALSO, there’s NO parking. The closest most convenient spot is the parking lot across the street which charges you $12/day. Imagine leaving for the day and getting charged...

'Elevator went out several times, I was on the 6th floor. Garbage disposal doesn't work, no iron board, water doesn't drain in tub, standing in water EVERY shower. Kitchen towels smelled dirty, nasty. Didn't use just bought new one's. Bed were so very uncomfortable, sheets cheap and scratchy. Washed the velour blankets and used as top and bottom sheets. Bedrooms blind do not close due to cheap, old, bent blinds. Livingroom blinds fell off when I tried to open to see the garage on opposite side as...

'Unfortunately, a disappointing stay. The Wi-Fi connected but had no internet access, and there was no cellular reception inside the apartment. This made it impossible to work from the property, which was one of the main reasons I booked it. I reported the issue, tried troubleshooting both Wi-Fi networks, and restarted the modem without success. The host apologized and promised to investigate, but I never received any follow-up, even by checkout. Beyond that, cleaning was mediocre, and the bed...

'Location was great (very walkable) and communication with the very kind host was consistently quick. Even the rainy hunt for the key was fine. The issues started once we got inside. I paid $915 for three nights in a “luxury apartment,” but it was not. The furniture was cheap and worn - the “double sofa bed” was just a piece of fabric stretched over a wooden frame with no padding left. The mattresses were thin (6”?), the shower mat was dingy, the toilet brush had visible remnants from the...

'We enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights in June. The proximity to the convention center (where we were daily for a volleyball tournament) and to restaurants and shops was wonderful. Having covered garage parking, a pool, and a full apartment was very nice. Traveling with 2 teens was made easier by having their own beds, bedroom, and bathroom. Communication with the host was easy and quick. The only areas I think could use improvement was the couch (which is listed as a pullout bed also) needs to...
