'Conveniently close to town and only a few blocks away from the river. Loved having the bedrooms upstairs away from the main living. Carport, laundry, grill, well supplied kitchen with items that are hard to travel with or inconvenient to buy.'

'he host greeted us, and check-in was really easy. The home was so accommodating and perfect for a 19-year-old female soccer team from Colorado. Plenty of beds and activities right within the house. The team enjoyed games and movies. Check-out was also very simple. It rained for a bit during our stay. The roof started to leak through the vent. We did not receive a response back regarding next steps used a towel and bowl and rolled with it. '

'I, and all of my housemates greatly enjoyed our stay at The Butler House. It is quite apparent that a lot of effort has been put into the place. It was very clean, and everything worked. Way more tools in the kitchen than I could use in a week and comfortable furniture placed throughout the house in a pleasing manner. Access to Tempe was so easy. Jackie did a great job communicating with me before, during and after my stay. If I am back in the Tempe area, I will look to book The Butler House...
