'Desire at the front desk needs to take customer service training courses or something. After I raised a concern about the breakfast, he became extremely defensive and did not have a good service recovery. Although the room was okay, the shampoo and body wash they provide are not good and the bed as well as pillows sucked. Would skip this hotel. The doubletree across the road looks way better for a bit more of a cost.'

'We stayed at this motel end of April. Despite the reviews leaving us optimistic about the stay ahead we were very much disappointed and disgusted...
We stayed in room 203 (after assigned room 110 seemed to be occupied) and already when we arrived we saw two bugs crawling on the ground near the beds, of which one was a cockroach of 1/3". Having killed them we went to sleep confident that that would've been it, but no... We woke up two times in the night with bugs crawling on us. We couldn't sleep...

'This hotel is disgusting! Roaches in all 3 rooms! Very dirty rooms and sheets. Very run down. This was just a quick overnight cause plans changed and had to stay somewhere close to the airport. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Strange activity going on in the rooms and parking lots! Wish I didn’t spend over $250 to stay here.'
