The room we booked was not what we got. We booked a 2 king w/tub and got 1 queen with a sofa sleeper. The room itself was clean upon arrival, but not touched the rest of the stay. The shower was not sealed correctly and leaked through the track and left the mat wet, the cupboard doors on the cabinets had bad hinges and almost fell off.
The front desk person, Olivia was amazing! KUDOS to her throughout the stay. We decided to order at the bar our last night and the person working was working solo and it was pretty busy. I did not get his name but he was also very friendly, although extremely stressed he was patient and kind.
When checking out I requested a receipt and it was not provided and said would be emailed. I have not received any confirmation/payment total.
