'I really enjoyed my stay'

'I really wanted to love this stay because the location of the property is fantastic and put us right where we needed to be. However, the logistical and health-standard issues made it impossible to give a higher rating. The parking was an absolute headache. The layout is cramped and frustrating, which is a stressful way to start and end every day. The main reason for the low rating, however, was the breakfast. I found mold in the breakfast scones, which is completely unacceptable.'

'The staff was quite friendly and helpful, especially with the security gates and room codes which were all sent by text. The room had flooring that was delaminating from the floor and buckling, which created a tripping hazard. The most annoying thing was the steel security gate, just outside my door that crashed shut a dozen or so times a day.'

'Room was clean, but the bathroom was very small and there was no door to separate the bathroom sink from the rest of the room. Our elderly mother couldnt reach the soap dispensers in the shower. AC worked and temp was comfortable. Lots of noise from the highway at night. Breakfast was average. Pool was nice (could have been colder during the heat wave haha). Location is convenient for accessing ASU.'

'Mooie kamer. Jammer genoeg hebben we 4 keer moeten vragen achter een tweede badhanddoek. Er was er maar 1 in de kamer en dat voor 2 personen. Telkens een belofte we geven het door en er gebeurde niets tot de vierde keer ik me echt kwaad gemaakt had. '

'3.5/5 for cleanliness. The walls, floors and baseboards of the units need to be cleaned and/or repainted. I looks like someone previously threw a party and scratched/scuffed up the walks badly. Also the party bike that you pedal rides through this neighborhood with music play just as an FYI The kitchen did have just about everything needed from a blender, to can opener’s, cookie sheet, etc. '

'Amazing hotel and staff. Right next to ASU campus. Beautiful sunrise hike right out the front door. And the number and variety of restaurants and bars made this one of favorites. '

'Property has a fabulous location and wonderful amenities. I rated 4 stars overall as both rooms that we booked had furniture that was damaged and noticeable. The bed frames had torn corners and chipped dressers. One room had a bolt that was broken. We also had several issues with the dinning. I would absolutely stay again as it is my choice in Tempe. Overall the staff is incredibly helpful especially Evan at the desk! Absolutely fantastic!'
