'Older property that was renovated and branded as high end boutique. The room itself have comfy bed and cute designer touches. The bones of older two level hotel are still there. The pool was just ok. The property is more suitable for adult that family with kids. The price point was high for what you get (I would prefer an actual newer property next trip. )'

'I stayed at this place, and on my second night, the key fob that was attached to my other keys (along with my AirTag) somehow fell off. Because it was after hours, I called dispatch. They gave us a number to text since you can’t call them after hours. While texting, they weren’t able to help at all—they just said the receptionist would be back at 9. We had to sleep in the car because I didn’t have my belongings with me. When 9 came around, they still weren’t able to make us a replacement key...

'Clean rooms, nice staff, right in downtown Scottsdale so there’s a lot of food options and a Target within a 3 mile radius as well as other shops. Definitely planning on coming back here next time. '
