'Upon check in they told us the pool was out of order, we hiked all day so were looking forward to using it. Then asked about breakfast and the time was too late for us to take advantage, but they had grab and go bags and never offered us the service knowing that we were leaving early. So a big fail on customer service.'

'We stayed for 3 weeks while waiting for our rental to open. The room was spacious and the ac worked very well. It was fairly quiet, plenty of shopping and restaurants around. The pool needs to be cleaned better, it was cloudy and debris floating on the surface was gross, but the water temp was great. We stayed here because it had the best rate for the time we needed after I used my Expedia credits. '

'I was just there for overnight but loved the stay. Room was spacious and with kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Plus cups and plates. Very clean and nicely arranged. Breakfast was very well arranged and plenty of options. Absolutely love this hotel so far. '

'The photos give you a false impression. The property is a motel, and you should expect motel quality. The room had a moldy smell, house cleaning doesn't touch your room, The towels have stains on them, the bathroom had black mold specs on the wall. It was a motel experience.'

'This was the worse experience I have ever had ! I can’t comment on room / amenities as I was informed upon landing that the hotel no longer had a room and there was nothing they could do. They kept me on hold for over 40 minutes. The end result was them me hanging up. I tried calling them back and no one would pick up. I then used my son’s phone and they answered right away and had little to say . The next day my credit card was charged ! I had to call several times for them to remove the charge...

'First room I was assigned the tub was filthy with a dark ring around the tub plus the bottom was filthy too. Get assigned a second room, move all my stuff into it and stay my first night there. Washed my face and brushed my teeth the next morning and the sink wouldn’t drain. Contacted the office, they sent maintenance which snaked it, took the piping apart to get to the trap and snaked it beyond the trap only to unleash a funk like no other and get black water all over my dog’s bed.
