'The check in process and parking process is unusual but worked put fine. The apt is stocked well and i appreciate that the sitting area and t.v. are separate from the bedroom. We had an issue figuring out the ac. The location is ok to one side the Phoenix area seems run down but in the other direction are high rises and newer bldgs and restaurants. '

'Staff didn't have the time of day. There isn't an obvious entrance. They make you pay for use of water/electricity and other amenities but they don't give you any in the rooms. It was cold, stagnet and was like staying in an elevator. Very over priced but so happy for the company I had.'

'Good place to stay for a couple of nights. Friendly staff and very nice view from the rooftop. Location is great! Some minor comments on what could have been better: no water bottles in the room, very soft bedding for our liking and the cocktails seems to have been made with lower quality liquor.'

'Everything was great! We enjoyed our time. The AC worked well, the pool was great, the staff were even better! I was worried about the parking garage after seeing so many reviewers about it but it was totally fine- half a block away and there was security on scene the whole 5 days we were there. Never had any issues.'
