'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'Wij verbleven hier maar 1 nacht op doorrit naar de GC. Hotel is netjes, kamers zijn groot en erg stil. Ontbijt is standaard maar in orde. Hotel ligt wel langs een drukke snelweg maar geen last van gehad'

'Me and my girlfriend stayed there last night. We got the keys to the room and front rep guy. He said to drive to the side door so we would be close to our room. We drove down there and the key lock did not open with our room key so my girl went all the way around to get the front rep guy. He came, opened the door and put a rock in the bottom stating the key lock was broken. We got in our room and there weren’t any wash cloths, no hair dryer and we wanted two more towels. He came out w 2 more...

'When we arrived, they told us there was no hot breakfast. Something about the oven broke or something like that. Then the next morning at 6:45 AM maintenance guy was out blowing the yard and I understand it's hot in Arizona, but that's unacceptable. And then at 7:15 in the morning, a woman opened our door and walked into our room and then walked out and when I called I was told I don't know who it is, but then they called back and said oh it was housekeeping they thought that you had checked...

'Toilet in room above leaked in the middle of the night, but staff was quick to find a new room the next day.'

'Room was Great! Clean and ready for use. Staff was helpful every step of the way. Free Laundry on site which was perfect; we didn’t have to take home dirty clothes during our travel. Movie night in the pool was a great feature. I enjoyed the stay all around.'
