Just before my stay I received a generic welcome message regarding my stay, but still no response to my original question. I responded with my original question. After that the host responded that it was too near my stay to consider a cancellation. I feel that if the host had responded in a timely matter we may have been able to resolve the situation....

'So the shower head in the main bathroom fell apart while trying to adjust the height…the main bathroom door couldn’t be shut all the way because the handle wouldn’t open the door …the master bathroom toilet seat was very loose needed to be tightened up …lots of noise upstairs it’s located in apartments with no elevator we could see …they would put a rock in the door jam to keep the side door open so you didn’t need the key fob to enter …the beds are also very firm ..too firm for me and the couch...
