'At around 9pm, my son was getting coffee from the lobby. An unkept strange man entered the lobby door and approached my son asking if he has a room in this hotel. My son thought that it was weird. Then the unkept man left the building. The receptionist was busy attending to other customer at that time when the incident happened. Safety was just our concern to all the guest in this hotel especially at night. '
