'Clean, quiet and much less expensive than most other places to stay in the area. Very close to the Verde River and the Out of Africa wildlife park, pretty easy to get to and obviously undergoing renovations; I have to say that our room was easily one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable, our host was friendly and I enjoyed our stay.'

'We loved our stay there except for being placed in the middle of the renovations. When we first arrived they were working on casitas around us and that wasn’t a problem, but on the night before our departure they began working on our area. Blocking our parking spac and waking us up at 7 @AM because they were moving furniture out of the casitas. We had a late checkout of 4:30 but felt we were being pushed out much earlier. The property was large enough that this should not have happened. D'
