'Chana at the front desk was professional and very welcoming. She is a fantastic ambassador for your property! We were pleased with the comfortable beds, cleanliness and variety of amenities and restaurants offered on site. The spa and spa pool were heaven and allowed us to finally relax.
The Fairmont Privado Villas will definitely be on our return list whenever we are in Scottsdale. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay. '
'Clean room. Friendly staff. Master/king bed was hard, and the other room's full bed was "springy"-could feel the springs. However, they were replacing all mattresses in our complex when we left the next morning. A/C in master bedroom was not working right. Fan switch on wall didn't work unless the overhead light remained on. We knew how to operate it, because we were successful with the same switch in the living room; so the master bedroom switch had something wrong with it. It was a warm night....

'I was a little nervous initially about staying here because I saw some reviews that stated it was confusing to get into the building and to find your room. We didn’t have an issue at all. We were provided clear instructions that made it really easy. The price was great compared to most hotels in the area, and the amenities were fantastic. I would 100 percent stay here again and maybe even move here it was such a great stay'

'We stay here each year and its always a great fit for our family. The rooms are nicely kept and spacious. The kitchen is so great for easy breakfast and lunches. We use the bbq area which is very clean and well stocked with utensils. The shuttle takes us to Safeway for groceries and the nearby Kierland Comons for shopping and restaurants. We booked a cabana at the main resort which was reasonably priced and great service. Drinks and food were overpriced so a $450 bill for lunch was hard to...
