First, let me say the staff is very nice. Very friendly and accommodating. That said, the room itself had me believing this building was previously an assisted living facility. There are hand-railings on each wall in the bathroom as well as the shower. Additionally, there was a dilapidated aluminum shower chair which greeted us as soon as we entered the room. And yes, it even came with crusty tennis balls on the legs. Genuinely disturbing, but also kind of hilarious. There is also zero lighting, aside from the single, under-powered floor lamp and one diffused high hat above the door. Thankfully it’s Arizona & the window provides plenty during the day.
But again, the staff is very friendly. And you’re not staying at SpringHill for the luxury aesthetic
