'Nice hotel in historic downtown Prescott. Rooms are on the small side,our bathroom was really small. Sink and toilet are a few inches apart. Elevator is old but functional, we were placed on the third floor back annex which was two short stair cases away from the elevator. This was challenging for us due to our age and arthritis as we could not roll our bags to the room.'

'When we checked in it was the first time we found out the property DOESNT have an elevator. I am handicapped and had no way to get to the room on the 2nd floor without out sitting on the ground and going backwards step by step. I had no choice because there wasn’t another hotel in the area that had a vacancy. You need to put on your website that you are NOT HANDICAPPED access. It was the worst stay I have ever had!!!'

'We stayed in the Aspen. It was nice to have the small kitchen area with a sink, microwave, small refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. Dishes and silverware were not provided but he had brought paper plates, silverware, napkins, etc. The bed was comfortable, bathroom is nice, shower worked well. There is enough storage space in the bedroom and bathroom for your belongings. We enjoyed are stay there and will return again.'

'On our month long AZ road trip, this was our best stay because it had everything we were looking for: comfortable room, great shower, delicious breakfast and a very nice exercise room. Plus a pleasant staff!'

'No notification from Expedia that the hotel was undergoing renovations. Room near elevator and constant construction and dust made the stay untenable. Worst customer service as no refund was offered. Will never stay here again . '
