'This is the perfect Newport location. An easy walk up the hill to Belleview and the Art Museum. Just a few minutes down the hill to Bowen's or Bannister's Wharf and Thames Street. A ten minute stroll to Broadway. Our deluxe room was a very nice suite, however, no drawers in the bedroom and the refrigerator was on the floor in bedroom closet. Every employee we interacted with was so nice and willing to offer recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area and asked about our day anytime we came back to the property for the evening. 'Lovely stay at Yankee Peddler for two nights while we visited Newport. Easy check-in, cute rooms, front desk were very helpful in resolving our heating issue and on-hand to answer any questions we had. Continental breakfast was standard with cereal options, muffins/pastry, oatmeal and fruit (I'm there for the fruit) and available for a good duration.
