'This is the perfect Newport location. An easy walk up the hill to Belleview and the Art Museum. Just a few minutes down the hill to Bowen's or Bannister's Wharf and Thames Street. A ten minute stroll to Broadway. Our deluxe room was a very nice suite, however, no drawers in the bedroom and the refrigerator was on the floor in bedroom closet. I called my bank who told to contact the hotel directly. This was the most aggressive and nasty customer service I’ve ever encountered from any one at any level from any business!!
