'We have stayed here several times. See my previous reviews. House is near Big Boulder skiing. Excellent hot tub and house is very warm. Basement has a pool table. Otherwise house is just as described. As usual we enjoyed our stay'

'The hotel and property are exceptional. The only complaint I have is that late night room service was advertised until 4 a.m. and we could not get in touch with anyone. We called multiple times, and ended up calling the front desk to have them find someone. This was a bit frustrating. Other than that, due to the casino being a smoking casino, the hallways still smelled a bit smoky, as did our room, despite it being nonsmoking. '
