Again, the place is great, also the location, the facilities, the room, and of course also the warmth of the Mexican service, simply excellent! ... but also once again the food was a BIG dissapointment. We were in the 'all inclusive' package, but we didn't take advantage of the food, not even for breakfast. It seems there is an effort to make a 'high cuisine' of the food, but it turns out...

'As a family of 4 we had an amazing time doing all inclusive and look forward to going back next year! This resort is super family friendly with so many activities and great pools for all ages. Here are some tips: We enjoyed the buffet, lots of options for fresh fruits and veggies, plus made to order options at each meal like omelettes, custom tacos/fajitas. Restaurant near kids pool is basic, but great for a quick meal after swimming. The buffet has vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options...

'Goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel. All inclusive dus de gast hoeft zicht nergens zorgen over te maken. Als minpunt de wat chaotische check-in (kamer die de dag ervoor al klaar had moeten zijn was dat nog niet) en de aanwezigheid van met name Amerikaanse jongeren die komen om te feesten. Dan is het best druk en luidruchtig in het zwembad.'
