'Beautiful hotel. Room was lovely. Had an A/C problem but they brought a fan immediately which was great. The breakfast was delicious!!! Dinner was great too. But poolside and room service menu’s were very average including the food. I would definitely stay there again. Staff are so friendly. '

'The hotel offers everything one needs for a short or long stay. I stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed my small apartment. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is ordered via reception on the evening before, and the choices are rich. Since I was the only guest in the whole hotel I had the whole attention of the staff for myself... what a luxury. The hotel is not top-shot in Kampala, but definitely worth the money paid. 'We loved the Papyrus Guest House. The staff was super friendly and the dinner we had was excellent. There is a nice bar area to hang out at. The rooms were clean and safe but there was no air conditioning so it got a little warm for us. We felt safe while we were at the property.
