'The hotel was fine for a cheap family stay. It was absolutely crowded though. And breakfast was depleted when we arrived. Not even butter for toast or orange juice or cups for tea. It was holiday season and they were trying there best. The pool was full so we didn’t use and people were falling over as it was so wet. 'We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip on Guelis mountain near Bogor. The sight of the environment is fantastic. Staff was wonderful, more than professional. 'First, we got a room with a noisy bathroom exhaust fan. We reported it and had to call many times and wait in total for almost 1 hour until someone arrive with a new fan. We asked for a new room because they will take some time to replace the fan and we wanted to take a shower soon. 'i stay at this hotel for 2 weeks with my Fiance, I enjoyed my stay the food was good the room was clean and got cleaned multiply times a day. the view on bogor was great. 'Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vooral ook de dames van het restaurant en de heren o.a. Malik en Juni. Wat storend was tijdens ons verblijf was het lawaai van de pomp. Het maakte ons wakker en verstoorde onze nachtrust. We kregen wel een andere kamer maar ook hier weer hetzelfde. Weer een andere kamer, hier was het gelukkig beter.Dat geeft toch ergernis. Alleen een sorry vanuit het hotel is toch te wenig. Een compensatie was beter geweest.'
