'The Even Hotel was in a great location as far as access to Mayo Clinic. My husband and I were able to walk to all of his appointments. The service was excellent and we purchased breakfast both days which was also excellent. 'Has to be the most quiet hotel I've ever stayed in, didnt hear any inside noice, and very nice staff. However, hotel is dated and beds are not comfortable. The AC units in the wall are loud and don't work, blows lukewarm air not matter what the setting is. With being close to Mayo hospital, having the windows open is noisy with hospital traffic.
