'Our stay at Sharon’s was excellent. Communication with her was fast and easy. She was able to accommodate changing dates for us due to travel plan issues. Her home is very clean. Excellent views of the ocean. Walking distance to local restaurants and a small shop.'

'This newly renovated property was clean and in a great location! The only markdown we have would be for the complications associated with accessing the property. Parking was terrible due to construction (not the fault of the property owner) and it was difficult to ascertain which property was even our rental. Overall, an AMAZING property that I’m sure we’ll return to in the future.'

'We stayed in Santa Cruz for 2 months and it was absolutely perfect! The space is beautiful and in an incredible neighborhood. It is walking distance from a park (perfect for my 18 month son), the ocean, and so many fun local spots. Marcus is also the absolute best host. He always responded right away if we needed anything and overall made us feel very welcome. I cannot recommend this space enough. If you are looking for somewhere to stay while in incredible Santa Cruz, look no further!'

'Very nice and complete house in beautiful setting. Close to the beach and the lovely village of Aptos (shops, restaurants) and St. Cruz and Capitola. We had one request to the owners to which they responded very promptly. '

'Everything was very clean and just as pictured. No A/C, but turns out it wasn’t needed due to cool ocean air. We could walk to the beach and boardwalk easy enough, even though there was a lot of construction in the area. We stayed in to cook some of the time, and everything needed was there. My only complaint is I would have preferred to communicate via text instead of email. Otherwise it was a great place and we would go back!'

'We had a wonderful stay over New Year’s. This property is amazing, with views that are unparalleled. We met owners (relatives) when we arrived and they were so helpful, sharing that there was an elevator I could use since I had just had surgery. Plenty of room for the family of 5. Outdated furniture that needs serious cleaning, but we looked out the front windows and all was forgiven! We’d stay here again.'

'Amazing views; complete panoramic of the entire Monterey Bay! Nice, quiet neighborhood. Great to have deli & small market at the bottom of the hill. Also nice to have free parking lot at the bottom of the hill; the walk down to the beach isn't bad, but when wanting to spend the day on the beach with chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc., it was convenient to just be able to drive down with all our stuff & unload it right there near the sand. Property management is extremely communicative and...

'Ideal location on the river and a minute from the village. Great patio on river but old charcoal bbqs and beat up dirty picnic table. Place was clean enough but rundown beds, furniture, kitchen etc. price doubled with all the service charges so I expected higher quality.'

'I loved the location and house. It was exactly ss described. I did the local history museum, the Wharf, and the Monterey Bay Natural Marine Sanctuary. Ate dinner at the Crows Nest 5 min away. Great view, okay food. So much I didn't see though. I only wish I could stay longer.'
