'The pillows do not smell good and are also uncomfortable, the rooms do not stink but do not smell good either, that is the hotel as such neither in the corridors nor the rooms smell good. 'Great family resort - it isn’t as “upscale” as some other resorts but the staff is the friendliest I’ve ever encountered and the pools and beach are great. 'Leuk hotel, goed gelegen aan het strand. Comfortabele kamers maar beetje verouderd, toe aan opfrissing. Zeer vriendelijk kamer/receptie/barpersoneel, bediening restaurant nogal nonchalant en traag. Veel extra charges: resort fee $30/dag, valet parking $30/dag. Na uitchecken en betaling werd een extra room charge gedebiteerd voor minibar item dat niet verbruikt werd. '

'Beautifully decorated tropical scheme. Nice pool. It is close to the road so you do get road noise. We had to move rooms because of the a/c but they were very accommodating. Restaurants are close by. We used this hotel as our overnight before boarding the fast ferry to key west. It worked out great!'

'The staff that was on the property were great. Even with a language barrier, they went above and beyond to help. The property is very clean. Housekeeping staff work very hard. The phone in our room didn't work, so I was unable to dial "0" for assistance. The check-in process is weird. That should be noted when people are making reservation.'
