'Loved the house, loved the location and loved the stay. I especially liked the nod to the family’s heritage and history through the art work and photos. The property had character and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach easy for our 4 & 5 year olds. There were fresh flowers on the table when we arrived that made for a very nice welcome. I would definitely book this property again.'

'We had the best weekend in IOP ! 8 of us came in from all over the east coast to celebrate our 60th birthdays . We have been friends since high school and we had a lot of catching up to do ! The house was perfect for our group ! The bedroom and bathroom set up was perfect , the outdoor spaces lush and private and very well lit at night . The kitchen was well stocked and we had a wonderful weekend !'

'Enjoyed our time here relaxing. The deck was great to sun on and still have the Ocean feel to it, as there were so many surfers that you really couldn’t get in the water. A few boards on the deck need to be replaced, and the grill legs are rusted and needs to be replaced. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and will consider it if we go back to Folly Beach.'

'This place is super cozy but close to everything! We walked to many coffe shops and drove around downtown which was about 10 minutes drive (my mom can’t walk far). Very responsive Host and beds were comfy!'
