'Condo is in an excellent location for access to the public beach. Also has 2 patios that you can enjoy sunrise and sunsets on. Plenty of living space in the central part of the condo. Management was also very helpful with some items. Only disappointment was having one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and one roll of paper towels. For guests renting a condo for a week…we should be provided enough TP for the week…had to go out and buy such.'

The condo was clean and very well stocked with any extras a person might need like towels, dishwasher tablets, detergent, etc. it was also on the ground floor which was very convenient for unloading and loading the car. 'We really liked staying here! It was SO close to the beach & also to a trolley stop. The house was so cute, very clean & modern inside. It looks way better inside than outside. One complaint I have is that the door is opened by a lock code/keypad. Once you’re inside, there are 2 locks you can turn but they don’t lock the door from the inside. This was an issue with small kids because there really isn’t a way to lock in. The kids can just turn the handle & the door opens up. It’s a little scary...

'We had a fantastic stay at this ground floor unit the first weekend of Dec! I was initially leary of a negative review, but Adam was very responsive and let me know he could be available quickly in person if I needed. The unit is small but met all of our needs.
