'I was traveling to Key West and stayed at this hotel for the night but had to book an extra day due to illness. The staff was very accommodating. I want to point out employee "Q" at the front desk who was very polite, professional and helped me get on my way with ease. I will stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Jax area. The location was just of 295 allowed me to get back on I-95 quickly. '

'The stay was ok. There were a couple of things wrong with the room. The shower kept dripping and wet the bathroom floor. The room had a sour smell that never went away.'

'I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. '
