'David the concierge was fantastic. Dropped my car off and picked my car up for me on the street. The TV in the room was old and hard to navigate. The rooms are quite dated, Super hard to get the thermostats to work and the hotel is under construction in the lobby.'

'Saddened to hear that this Doubletree is closing their doors at the end of this month, September!! It is being converted into dorms. It was our favorite place to stay in Rochester!'

'I’ve stayed at the Aspen Suites almost everytime I’ve visited Rochester. I like the property because of its amenities. First I like the Suite set up. More room and the kitchenette is nice. I also like the breakfast’s which are more than just cold cereal and coffee. I also like the snack at night, which can fill the eating void. Lastly, the staff has always been friendly, helpful, and efficient. Great service!'
