'This house has great space for a group of adults. The 3 bathrooms and bedrooms were a luxury for our group of 5. A few cleanliness issues but overall it was fine. The hot tub was great and the kitchen was adequately equipped. If there were 8 people as advertised, you may be short on plates/glasses and the table only seats 6. Brown Co State Park is close and the hiking is surprisingly good for Indiana! We would definitely go back.'

'As a frequent VRBO user, I can honesty rate this house. First off, the house was clean and had a fairly good use of space. Location is great for Nashville and 35 minutes to the heart of Bloomington. 'We stayed here with a family group for 3 days. The house has wonderful outdoor spaces on a porch, a lower patio and the back yard with a covered porch and fire pit. While the house was small, the outdoor spaces gave us plenty of room to spread out and be together! The location is right on a very busy road, so you have to be ok with the road noise. But the house was very well equipped and maintained. Highly recommended!'

'The A Frame was up a big hill and tucked away in the woods. I would recommend a 4 wheel drive car to get to it. It had a really nice deck and a great view of the trees. The hot tub was very nice. The stairs up to the loft are really steep, so people staying there need to be aware of that.'

'Convenient for our purposes. Check-in was late and door was locked but eventually someone came. Rooms were good, some cleaning should be done in higher places around windows, corner of room near ceiling. Beds were comfortable.
