'We had a great ten night stay at Tamarindo Bay Hotel. Marie and the staff were great and added a wonderful personal touch to every single day. The pool was nice and the seating area around the pool absolutely unbeatable. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a boutique feel for their vacation. If we return to Tamarindo, we will most likely stay at Tamarindo Bay again. '

'Such a wonderful place! Private, special property with amazing staff, excellent and affordable food, delicious drinks- right on the beach! A full buffet breakfast is included with homemade bread - made at the hotel- inlet station and fresh local fruits. A nice cool pool and gardens with fruit trees, that encourage Costa Rican Wildlife (howler monkeys!) to live. My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at Capitan Suiza with an easy walk into Tamarindo to visit other restaurants, a fun night...

'Its a loveysetup😎 Super nice guys at dezk. Helpful. Lovely spot, quiet but can walk down beach or road to bars and restaurants. Downside is the no screens! And plenty ants and mosquitos. Nothing scree s wouldnt take are of. And ants everywhdre. Just put slme amdro around and tbdyd be gone too. Nice bunks in dorm but you couldd not open the windos for view because of no screens. Air conditioni g lovely. Breakfast nice! '

'Casa Mapache is a lovely place managed by lovely people. The spacious, clean room had a king size bed and two twin beds, which was perfect for our family of four with two "tween" boys who don't want to share a bed if they don't have to! 'Super vriendelijke ontvangst met sapje en persoonlijke begeleiding naar de kamer. Het eten is erg goed en `s avonds komen rondom het zwembad de wasbeertjes water drinken en rondscharrelen. Rustig park, af en toe bruiloft op het strand. '

'A little oasis! Gorgeous garden with a pool. The staff is superkind! Special thank you to Nancy, Mario and Endy! The complimentary dinner is sometimes great, sometimes mediocre but breakfast is always terrific. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony. The beach is frequented by locals and tourists alike and a great place for surfing from beginners upward. The hotel's beach area is very nice with a small pool. Only minus is the costs of tours and activities. Tamarindo has something to offer...
