One bad experience was a band that was practicing in the adjoining room at 9 pm, so we couldn't sleep. After filing complaint with the front desk, she called the room. When that didn't work, after a second complaint, she came up to the room to talk to them in person. The noise then stopped. Overall experience was okay.'

Marie is the manager, and she went above and beyond to help us with our accommodations. She is a great example of a wonderful manager who really cares about her customers.
