'Checking in at 11:00pm is tough. People are tired. Staff is changing shifts. The key to my room was improperly set up, meaning that when I am darn tired - and a bit stressed, Ii had to return to the lobby to have the error corrected.'

'Bug were left dead in the hallway by cleaning staff. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. There was one older woman working the breakfast room that seemed VERY grumpy. I was not comfortable in there when she was there. Doors need updating. '

'We love this hotel! We travel from Florida to Ohio regularly and stay here midway overnight and have never had an issue! Comfy beds, great staff, plenty of room, always consistent!'

'IT is a very new hotel with very Nice and specious Room. There was a very loud party of guest who were up till 3 in the morning. We complained at the frontoffice at 24.00 in the evening. They react and ask the party to be quiet, but didn’t follow up. So the party was quiet for 10 minuets and then were load again. Breakfast was average. '
