'We were told by the front desk staff that breakfast at 6:30, but the morning staff said it was 7am. There were at least a dozen people waiting for breakfast, so the staff member hurried and had the dining area open and ready by 6:45.'

These new owners have done a great job remodeling. We will continue to stay as long as they have an opening. Also they have the best breakfast of any hotel we have ever stayed in. '

'With my 1st stay here on 5/20/2024: I selected the "pay at the property" option with Expedia. Upon check-in I was told that I could not pay at the hotel, that I would need to take that up with the 3rd party vendor that I made my reservations with. Staff refused to take an alternate payment. With my 2nd stay 5/24/2024: I gave staff member my name and said I had a reservation. She said she did not have a reservation for me. She asked me to spell my last name, then continued to say, "Oh, I see...
