'Had a 3 night stay at this hotel, the staff is very polite and well trained. Breakfast buffet offers a good diversity of Asian and European dishes and the kitchen works hard to keep up the pace. Location is pretty far away from makati and the airport so with the always terrible traffic (between 8am and 19pm) it will take you about 1,5 hour to get to makati with the taxi. 'Goede wifi, dan heb je het al voor 80% bin me gewonnen, maar ook de rest van de kamer was afdoende. Verwacht geen luxe maar alles werkt en is zo goed als nieuw. De buurt? Genoeg starbucks/restaurants/fried chicken hole in the wall maar lijkt me niet prettig om na middernacht hier rond te wandellen. '

'The staff here is super nice. This hotel is located in the Chinatown neighborhood of Manilla and is an area with some folks who are struggling financially. So if you stay here you will be contributing to a neighborhood that needs the support of good people. It is not dangerous at all. I actually want to see this side of a city and see what folks are really dealing with. I saw aspects of Manila here that I would not have seen had I stayed elsewhere. 'Strange entrance being joined to the mall, but a cool location! It's a nice safe place to visit Binondo and close to all the shopping areas. The room was quite big and had everything. The room layout felt like a big suite'

'Aquarium in de kamer is prachtig! Betekent wel dat er geen raam in de kamer zit. Hotel ligt middenin een complex waar een zeeaquarium en waterpark is gevestigd. Zwembad is voor gedeeld gebruik.'

'Front desk staff are mostly busy but remain friendly and very professional; always replied to questions with a smile. Room is clean but toilet seat needs to be fixed/replaced. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to my next stay.'

'Overall experience was good for 1st stay. Checkin was very easy even though I arrived close to 10pm. Staff is very friendly! The room is good size for what i needed. Not much to choose on tv. Their gym is very small, but i did get a decent workout in.nice pool with a good view.Close by walking is several fast food restaurant's and a 12 minute walk to the SM Mall is easy to do. Check out was fast and simple. I'll definitely stay again, because my main reason is the hotel is close walk to Florida...
