Yusuf was excellent - if you need to go on any trips, just ask for him. Without his guidance we would have been lost! What a guy!

Facile d’accès mais attention, sur Google maps il est bien indiqué mais sur la carte hotel.com il etait placé au centre de berrchid alors qu'il est au sud. Accueil sympathique meme si la reservation n'était pas arrivée. De plus il.nous a ete demandé de payer une nouvelle fois alors que payé sur le site d’Hotels.com. La proximité avec une voie principale et la mauvaise isolation ont généré une gêne au bruit tot le matin. La chambre était propre et pas de.probleme d’eau chaude.'

'It was one of the biggest resorts I've ever stayed in. From the smell of the rooms, to the state of the art relaxation pool tech, sauna, showers, amenities... the staff service and attentiveness was second to none, some one even ran to the resteraunts on the property to get us menus so we could decide before walking there. Honestly, one of the most looked after holidays i have had. 15/10 would recommend to any and everyone!'
