'Nothing but a positive experience! Irini picked me up from the port (Free of charge) and gave a detailed description of the beaches. She helped me out greatly when I discovered I forgot my passport on my way to Athens. Thank you! 'I loved waking up to the sunrise on the beach. For the sunset it is best to go to Fira or Oia. Small-scale hotel so you quickly get to know other people, so recommended if you travel solo instead of an Airbnb. Rooms small but decent, good bed and hot shower. Clean towels and beach towels every day. Staff very friendly and service oriented. Only the WiFi needs to be addressed, it was not stable and sometimes very slow.'

'Amazing stay at Villa Katerina. Rooms were spacious clean and tidy. Best housekeeping service I’ve had out of the 15 hotels this trip, obvious they did more than make the beds and empty the bins. Reception staff were lovely providing recommendations for the island, including transport options and explaining everything. Pool area is great with variety of chair and shade options. '

'Lovely property steps from the beach. Only a short walk to the ferry terminal, restaurants, and the Temple of Apollo.
