'Lovely traditional property with really friendly staff. Decent sized room with very comfortable bed. Would have preferred the bathroom and toilet to be a single room, rather than separate, but I guess that's difficult to change / update. Good breakfast choices, free parking and bar prices very good value. Very close to the pedestrian centre of Megève, which is very pretty and has a large selection of places to eat/drink.'

'Toplocatie, idyllische locatie, supervriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden enkel pech dat onze kamer uitkeek op de achterkant van het lokale zwembad van La Clusaz, waar de luidruchtige generatoren 24/24u draaiden. Verder spijt dat we hier maar 1 nachtje als tussenstop waren.'

'Très bon emplacement, devant la télécabine Mont-joie, donc très pratique. Belle vue sur les dômes de Miage. La demi heure de jacuzzi sauna est très agréable après la journée dans la neige. Et surtout, surtout, nous avons excellemment bien mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel, très soigné, très raffiné, pour un prix très correct. Le seul point noir, c’est le café! Poudre dans la chambre, pas de machine, et le café du petit dej à revoir… pas digne d’un 4 étoiles '

'uitstekende service en accommodatie
minpunten zijn het ontbijt : 2 formules - onze gewoontes bij 5 sterren is all in - confituur en croissant is typisch frans ( formule 17€) - maar een beetje pauper in een 5 sterren. de pannenkoeken bij de duurdere formule niet geslaagd noch de crêpes noch de pancakes.. keuken is niet voorzien op uitgebreide ontbijtformule
ook diner in restaurant op 1 avond was tegenvaller : witlof nietgenoeg gebakken en coquilles st jacques teveel - keuken is blijkbaar niet...

'Staying in a hotel in the mountains above Chamonix, accessible only by a quaint train (30 minutes) where you can go on incredible hikes or just relax on the patio and stare at the glorious mountains... well, it doesn't get better than that. Everyone on the staff was attentive and nice, and the family room was perfect for my husband, myself, and our teenage daughter (who got her own space). We loved it!!'

'What a pleasant surprise! We booked this family run hotel last-minute and were blown away by the service and the amazing views of the mountains. The building is a bit dated due to being in business for over 100 years by the same family, but don’t let that turn you away. The bathrooms and bedding are modern, and everything about this hotel is charming. I highly recommend!'
