'Just returned from a 4 night break at the PopAlp. We had an amazing stay at this hotel, we were greeted by Nicolas on reception who was warm and welcoming, he was so helpful and could not do enough for us, he is a credit to the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, well appointed, the beds were very comfortable and plenty of storage. Breakfast was lovely everything you need from fruit, breads, pastries etc.The hot breakfast items like back & eggs could have been kept hotter but apart from this...

'End of January we stayed in Hotel Le Val Thorens. Perfect hotel, young, nice, friendly and active personnel working at various locations in the hotel (restaurant, reception, lounge bar, etc). Location is excellent in VT, not only to enter the slopes for skiing or snowboarding, but also to go for a drink or meal in the evening. Rooms are well equipped, clean and quiet. It is not the cheapest solution in VT, but in view of the price/service ratio, it was worthwhile for us. One point of attention...

Men belooft vaak om terug te bellen aan receptie terwijl dit niet gebeurt, men belooft om minibar te vullen terwijl dit niet gebeurt, men belooft om extra bed te plaatsen terwijl dit niet gebeurt, men belooft je op te halen terwijl dit niet gebeurt, etc. Het is echt een kwestie van mensen... 'Hotel met alles op en aan. Mooi, mooie ruime en goed uitgeruste kamers met groot balkon, mooie wellness, skischool, skiverhuur, skilockers in het complex. Perfecte ligging. Enige klein minpuntje vonden wij het ontbijt. Niet zo heel veel keuze en chocolademelk uit automaat en dus met water. En in de wellness waren 's avonds de handdoeken niet meer aangevuld. En de zeep aan de douches ook niet. Dat zijn echt kleine puntjes die ons verblijf niet hebben verstoord. Grote kans dat wij terugkeren!'
