'If you're thinking about staying here, BOOK IT NOW. My wife & I only stayed for one night, but we both wished we'd had more time. The property is BEAUTIFUL and the owners provide FIRST CLASS HOSPITALITY. Our stay included breakfast, and it was perhaps the most amazing breakfast I can remember - with the most delicious homemade jams (as well as many other delicious offerings)! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HAVING US!'

'The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...

'As a returning guest at Les Étincelles hotels for the third time, we unfortunately noticed a decline in the overall experience. We appreciated the room upgrade, and the location remains excellent—perfect ski-in/ski-out access for early and active skiers. The rooms are cosy and welcoming, although sound insulation could be improved as noise from neighbouring rooms is noticeable. 'Check in was quick with friendly staff who explained everything. The host Dominika was very quick to get back to me with queries. We really liked the apartment, everything we needed in the kitchen and beds were very comfortable. Its very close to 2 chairlifts and the 1800 village has a more traditional feeling than other La Plagne villages. Would stay again :)'
