'As a returning guest at Les Étincelles hotels for the third time, we unfortunately noticed a decline in the overall experience. We appreciated the room upgrade, and the location remains excellent—perfect ski-in/ski-out access for early and active skiers. The rooms are cosy and welcoming, although sound insulation could be improved as noise from neighbouring rooms is noticeable. The ski room is practical with heated lockers, but lockers are not secured and there is no visible surveillance. The...

'Very nice place to stay. Original a 17e century building and rebuilt 1999. Good breakfast. We stayed at the top floor in the parachute. What has a low ceiling with wooden logs. I can tell you these are very hard….. Nice thing is also you have to change your shoes an get a pair of slippers.'

'Stanza recentemente ristrutturata, colazione e cena a buffet buone per il tipo di struttura, la zona Jacuzzi e sauna è un plus molto apprezzato. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La residenza dà direttamente sulle piste da fondo, il che è veramente fantastico. L'unica nota negativa è che non ci sono prodotti da bagno nelle camere,nemmeno una saponetta per lavarsi le mani.'
