'Er zijn maar 6 slaapkamers. Wat niet erg is maar er is geen receptie dus het restaurant personeel achter de bar moet je helpen. Er is geen lift. Er is geen airco op de kamers. Er zijn twee kleine ramen die net 2 cm open kunnen aan de drukke weg. Badkamer raam kan open maar gelijk achter het raampje is de afzuiging van de keuken. Herrie en baklucht. Huishouding heeft het een keer open gezet en toen wij later op de dag terug kwamen stonk heel de kamer.
Het avond eten is zeer slecht. Het ontbijt...

'Made to feel very welcome and hotel kindly arranged a late check-in without fuss. The room was comfy and clean and the breakfast first class. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is in a super location on the bridge with views of the river and just a short walk to shops and amenities. Very friendly - will always go back when visiting Thetford area.'

'Not the first, and won't be the last time I have stayed here. Very cosy pub, good food, friendly staff and comfi bedroom with easy parking. What else could you wish for?
On this occasion, I even was able to help them with a beer dispense issue (my previous profession) so a good stay all round. Looking forward to my next stay.'

'Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. '

'After returning to the area after 16 years, we chose this hotel for the personal touch over other chain options. The hotel's staff was amazing and accomodating. They provided great service and every meal was delicious. The Thomas Paine Museum was of special interest and full of information for this history buff. We cant wait to book our next trip.'

'Dit hotel is ouder. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Tijdens ons verblijf was het heet en daar is het duidelijk niet op ingericht. Prijs/kwaliteits verhouding is goed, wifi dekking is goed.

'Both the chord for the window blind and the light in the bathroom had snapped off. You had to be a least 5 foot tall to turn it on. I had to pull the bed out to plug my bedside lamp in. There were not enough electrical points in the room.
They were not doing breakfasts either which was disappointing. The overall appearance would be described as tatty especially the bathroom with tatty paint work on the door surrounds and radiator.
The shower was good the beds clean and the towels were fresh.'

"Mooi vrij nieuw hotel op loopafstand van het centrum. Jammer dat het in en uitchecken zo lang duurde omdat men niet het juiste betaal apparaat beschikbaar had voor Visa kaarten uit de EU.. Daarnaast werkte de sauna en het stoombad nog niet een uur na openingstijd."
